Endfield New Player FAQ — Unlocks, Daily Checks, Gear & AIC
Straight answers for new global Endfield players: what to do first, how Wuling unlocks, where to claim limited rewards, when to use Sanity, how Gear Assembly works, and how to start AIC production.
What should I do first as a new player?
Advance the main mission until your next system unlock, but check mail, Event Center, and the current Headhunting screen before a long session. Limited claims and daily activities can expire; permanent missions and factory work can wait until those checks are complete.
Use the new player roadmap for the published unlock order and the Homecoming event calendar for current official deadlines.
How do I unlock Wuling early?
After Chapter I, Process II: Remediation Progress, accept Chapter II, Process I: Arrival at Wuling through Event Center. This lets eligible accounts enter Wuling early while Chapter I remains available in Valley IV.
The live client decides whether your account has met the prerequisite. See the Wuling early-unlock guide if the Event Center entry is not yet available.
Where should I look for daily tasks and limited rewards?
Start in Event Center after the server-day reset when a daily event is active. Sanity Supply, for example, uses specified daily missions during its published windows. The exact mission list can change, so the live Event Center is more reliable than a copied checklist.
Claim what is currently listed before moving to ordinary progression. The daily-priority guide gives a short order that keeps expiring work ahead of permanent systems.
Should I spend Sanity immediately?
Use Sanity with a visible purpose: a current upgrade need, a listed event mission, or a Transmute conversion whose displayed output solves a shortage. The official Homecoming notes confirm that Sanity can increase Transmute yield, but they do not establish one universal daily farming target.
Check the live cost and output before confirming a conversion. The Transmute guide explains its Wuling unlock and limits.
How do I decide whether to pull for an operator?
Read the current Chartered Headhunting notice, inspect its live 6★ pool, then run its Combat Drill if available. The drill uses a preset team and can provide an Event Center reward without consuming pull currency. It is evidence for the current trial context, not a promise that the operator has the same value on every account.
Start with character terms, then check operator availability and the current banner guide.
What should I do with gear first?
Use Gear Assembly to inspect the gear and compatible assembly techniques your account actually owns. The current official notes confirm that gold-quality gear can use compatible techniques beyond its default technique, and that the latest technique receives a 99% stock-bill discount. They do not publish one universal best technique or attribute selection.
The gear and attributes guide separates those confirmed mechanics from details that need checking in the live gear screen.
How do I start an AIC Factory production line?
After entering Wuling, place the Protocol Automation-Core and inspect the regional facilities provided. Start with a small production chain for the material or facility need you can verify in the plan screen, then expand only after the inputs, outputs, power, and conduit route work.
The AIC production planner explains a low-risk setup order; the AIC Factory guide records the official Wuling and conduit changes.
Why is a facility or resource unavailable?
Some Wuling facilities require the matching Basic AIC Plan before they are usable in Valley IV. The official notes also say that Inergen and Xiragen vents become available gradually as main missions progress. An unavailable feature can therefore reflect normal progression rather than a missing installation.
Follow the displayed research or mission condition in the live client. Do not dismantle a working line just because a later-plan facility is still locked.
Is this site for the global version?
Yes. Endfield Atlas follows the international official notices and labels a detail as unverified when the global live client or official post has not established it. Server timers, account eligibility, and live screens remain the final authority.
