Endfield Gear Assembly Guide — Gold Techniques, Switching & Stock Bill Cost

The official Homecoming guide to Endfield's expanded Advanced Gear Assembly Techniques: compatible gold-gear techniques, bulk switching, backward compatibility, and the 99% stock-bill discount.

Gold-quality gear can use more than its default technique

Homecoming expands Advanced Gear Assembly Techniques. Gold-quality gear can now switch among compatible assembly techniques instead of being limited to its default technique. New techniques are backward-compatible with older gear.

When using the latest technique, stock bill consumption receives a published 99% discount. The exact technique compatibility belongs to the live Gear Assembly screen, so use it to confirm whether a specific piece can switch before planning materials around it.

Where to inspect and switch techniques

  1. Open Gear Assembly.
  2. Use Switch All Techniques to preview compatible techniques across your eligible gear.
  3. Choose bulk changes for eligible pieces or customize a technique on an individual piece.
  4. Confirm the stock-bill cost shown in the live UI before crafting.

What this update does not mean

The notice establishes technique switching, compatibility, and the stock-bill discount. It does not name a universal best technique, a best set for every operator, or a reason to replace working gear blindly. Prefer the technique that is actually compatible with your desired gear and fits your available materials.

The AIC Factory guide covers the related Homecoming factory and blueprint changes. Use Transmute if you need to rebalance eligible high-tier materials into lower-tier ones.
