Endfield Homecoming Compensation Mail — Eligibility, Rewards & Expiry

The official Homecoming compensation checklist: two separate Oroberyl ×900 mails, who is eligible, and why you should claim them before the next version maintenance.

Two separate mails, not one reward

The official Homecoming version notes list two compensation mails:

  • Update and maintenance compensation: Oroberyl ×900
  • Bug-fix compensation: Oroberyl ×900

They are sent separately through in-game mail. Do not assume one claimed message means the entire compensation has been collected.

Published eligibility and expiry

The notice states that eligible players must have created a character before the update. Both mails are distributed after the update and maintenance, and they expire when the next version update and maintenance begins.

That means the safe routine is simple: open Mail after a version update, claim each eligible compensation message, and check its own visible expiry rather than waiting for a later pull decision.

What to do if the mail is not there

  1. Confirm the account had a character before the Homecoming update.
  2. Check all in-game mail tabs and any claim filters.
  3. Verify that the update completed on the correct global-server account.
  4. Use the in-game support path if the published eligibility is met but the message is still missing.

The official statement establishes the reward and eligibility rule; it cannot determine an individual account’s delivery state.

Next: use the Homecoming first-week checklist for the other expiring claims, and the Arcane banner guide before committing those resources to a board.
